About Me

I grew up in Renton, WA and started studying piano at the age of 4. By the age of 6 I was already singing in church. After starting classical voice lessons at 13, I won high school singing competitions through NATS (the National Association of Teachers of Singing), WMEA (Washington Music Educators Association), and ACSI (Association of Christian Schools International) and was awarded solos in the Washington State and All-Northwest honor choirs. I studied Vocal Performance at the esteemed Moores School of Music at the University of Houston. In college I volunteered as a professional chorister with the Houston Symphony Chorus and began singing in student-led jazz ensembles. At the age of 22 I made my professional operatic debut with Seattle Opera. I continue to train and push myself to become the best singer I can be, as well as performing in recitals and concerts. Songwriting is a passion of mine, and I'm having fun learning about music production. Outside of music I enjoy hiking with my dog, Conrad, and playing tennis.
